EEA(PR) Question about listing your activity

Does anyone know if you're expected to list activities such as internships in the 'Details of the relevant EEA national's activity'?

And also do you need to account for all the time in the past 5 years? say if you were in-between jobs for a month, or had a period between university and your next job, which is unaccounted for do you need list those as well or is it only periods when you were actually doing something?

If its you applying for PR then unaccountable gaps are not cool - it probably means your PR clock had stopped at that time.
You will need to show 5 continuous years of exercising treaty rights as a qualified person.
(And any absences from UK to have been kept within prescribed limits).

What is your timeline & history of activities in UK?
If a student did you have CSI?

Are you applying in own right or do you have an EEA sponsor? if so what was their timeline/activities (as yours trhen don't matter).

I'm not sure if we have the same thing in mind by saying unaccountable gaps, surely not every one finishes uni and starts a job the day after

I stared uni first and then I got a part time job 6 months later on top of uni, but I'm applying based on 5 years starting from the job, because I didn't have CSI.

After that I've kept my part time job and moved on to having two full time Jobs after. So I guess what I'm trying to establish is if say you got two weeks in between jobs do you write those in? Or would it just be

15.10.2015 - present job 2

Maybe I'm over analysing this?
I need to read up on executing treaty rights and provide clock in that case, because I don't know much about it

If you finish uni one day and don't start a job the next (picking up on your example) then you would need to how you fall into another accepted category of qualified person; eg as a jobseeker;
that would mean registered wih job centre, actively searching for work, attending interviews; you will need a bunch of letters and documentary evidence to support your case.
(Yes, the HO concept of 'jobseeking' is stuck firmly in the 20th century).

Don't highlight your gaps in any timelines of activities that you enumerate. Focus on the activities.
