If its you applying for PR then unaccountable gaps are not cool - it probably means your PR clock had stopped at that time.auranoir2 wrote:And also do you need to account for all the time in the past 5 years? say if you were in-between jobs for a month, or had a period between university and your next job, which is unaccounted for do you need list those as well or is it only periods when you were actually doing something?
If you finish uni one day and don't start a job the next (picking up on your example) then you would need to how you fall into another accepted category of qualified person; eg as a jobseeker;auranoir2 wrote:I'm not sure if we have the same thing in mind by saying unaccountable gaps, surely not every one finishes uni and starts a job the day after
I stared uni first and then I got a part time job 6 months later on top of uni, but I'm applying based on 5 years starting from the job, because I didn't have CSI.
After that I've kept my part time job and moved on to having two full time Jobs after. So I guess what I'm trying to establish is if say you got two weeks in between jobs do you write those in? Or would it just be
01.10.2014 - 30.09.2015 job 1
15.10.2015 - present job 2
Maybe I'm over analysing this?
I need to read up on executing treaty rights and provide clock in that case, because I don't know much about it
I haven't been outside the country over the limitation. Also applying in my own right
Interesting question!auranoir2 wrote:Hello,
I'm debating the best way to list the EEA national's activities on the EEA(PR) form, I would greatly appreciate some advice.
I came to the UK at study and then i also started working and had a few jobs since. I was never really a job seeker, because I pretty much always already had a job sorted before leaving the previous one. So I have gaps between the jobs, but mainly because I was waiting for the next job to start during that time.
How would you list your activities? This is my list
27.09.2010 - 21.06.2013 studying
18.03.2011 - 13.10.2013 working
01.11.2013 - 13.04.2014 working
14.04.2014 - 31.08.2014 working
01.09.2014 - present working
I'm not entirely sure what they are looking for in this section, would it be better/correct to list the activities as
27.09.2010 - 21.06.2013 studying
18.03.2011 - present working
Thank you!
