help! spouse visa for Moroccan partner to a British citizen

hi,
please i need your advice about applying to join my wife in uk (London) we know each other for more than 4 years we married for 1 year we did apply for a visit holiday one before or weeding and the second after the weeding they refuse both of them and now we want to apply for a spouse visa and i asking for your help please which documents i need and whats your advice to get the visa ?

im 27 years old im electrical technician i have passed the ielts 2016 exam im not working for almost 2 years i have small amount of money in my account less than 1000 pounds my wife has a girl 15 years old, and she is working for more than 24,000 pounds a year she visit me 3 to 4 times a year we had or weeding here in Morocco .

You aren't required to have savings or employment. Your wife as your sponsor must show that she is earning at least £18,600 a year.

is there any other documents not included in their website to submit in my file cause last two experiences i did include all the documents and even i take lawyer they refuse my file !
as i visitor i didn't convince them that i have a strong ties to my country so i wont go back after my holidays !
but now im applying a s partner !

Provided of course she has sufficient accommodation, and has been working for this company which pays her 24k for 6 months or more, or her earning in the last 12 months has been uk to 18.6K , then you will succeed in applying.

Well i am surprised why the lawyer did not advise that a Visitors visa in your circumstances, would have been almost impossible.

i hear about the inspection report not mentioned in their website but the lawyers saying it important, of course she has sufficient accommodation its a 3 bedroom house she earning +24k a year and im afraid to lose the case if we did forget anything could help ,
the first lawyer didn't said anything about that he said lets apply again !

yes she is earning more than than but is that affected by having a girl less than 16 years ?

I would think daughter is a British so that should not affect the 18600 requirement .

you should only worry about how to prove that you relationship is real and lasting and you intend to live together , you should submit your phone and communication history photos of you too and evidence that you support each other financially

i see that from the two application that we apply for they didnt mention anything wrong about or relation its genuine and i have ll the photos of or holidays also or weeding and others with the family and her doughter the call history and whats up also i have a ll of them what else i need please ?

That all what you need don't worry you will be OK and double check that you have submitted all the document in the list , you don't need a lawyer in this stage just be sure to submit all the document related to you wife's job

its just a matter of submitting all the relevant documents , don't forget the English language test and tuberculous test

i have the IELTS a1 2016 version and the TB test but the lawyer could cover all the needed docemnts no ?
