Sponsoring for my mother

Hello, Everybody! I have been living in the UK for 2 years and ten months. Recently I got my leave to remain for another 30 months. My visa category is a spouse visa. I am a full-time mom.
My mother lives in Armenia. It has been two years she has got very ill. She has a blockage in her heart veins and one of the heart valves needs changing. IN addition around three weeks ago the doctors told she has also a cancer. She really needs somebody to look after. My brother was doing that but he has a category of a disability and is not able to do anymore.
My husband and me want to bring my mom to England to look after her and also for treatment as we do not believe she will be cured from cancer in Armenia.
I would like to know the following:
1) My husband has undertaken a sponsorship for me. Can he become also my mom's sponsor? His wages are 19300 p. a.
2) Can I become my mother's sponsor if I am a full-time mom and do not work.
3) Can we apply for a long term visa for my mom to be eligible for a free NHS treatment?

Any additional piece of advice would be appreciated a lot.

Please help me with the asnwers about these questions.

Very expensive visa to get and virtually impossible. If you choose to apply and get a refusal, it shuts the door to any future visitor visas.

3) Can we apply for a long term visa for my mom to be eligible for a free NHS treatment?

The standard visitor visa allows stays of up to 11 months if you are coming here for private medical treatment. But of course, private means you have to pay for it yourself.

If you’re applying to visit for private medical treatment
You must prove that you:

have a medical condition that needs private consultation or treatment in the UK
have made or paid for arrangements for consultations or treatment
have enough money to pay for your treatment, support yourself without using public funds and pay for your return or onward journey
will leave the UK once your treatment is completed, or when your visa expires
are not a danger to public health if you’re suffering from an infectious disease, eg leprosy
