How long have you been in a relationship?

Have you got proof of communication and visits etc?

https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/overview

Option 1.
1. Fiance visa - validity 6 months, no work permitted. Must get married within the 6 months before visa expires.

2. Once married, apply for a spouse visa on FLR(M) meeting all the requirements.

Option 2.
1. Marry in the USA

2. Apply for spouse settlement visa on VAF4A meeting all the requirements.

i see, okay, thanks

We've been relating for a while online and plan to meet next month. After this meeting we will decide if she will relocate to UK. If she relocates we'll also get married.

What happened to the application you were planning to submit from the USA in 2013? Different girlfriend? :?
