Your wife will need a visa to travel within Europe until she is granted British citizenship.
(Casa, not CR001)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Under Directive 2004/38/EC and according to Real Decreto 240/2007, 16 February, Family members of an EU/EEA National in possession of a valid UK Residence Permit are not required of a visa to enter Spain if traveling with or intending to join the EEA family member.

You are not an EEA national and wife does not have a UK-issued EU RC which is the type referred to above.

Wife needs a Schengen visa in order to visit a country in Schengen zone (in Europe).

You can visit these countries visa-free, see green on the map:

Bon voyage!

Your spouse is not under the EU rules if she is on a UK spouse visa, she has a visa under the UK immigration rules and has BRP, not a resident permit in the sense of the directive.

Her BRP does not state 'family member of EU National'
Char (CR001 not Casa)

That's for EEA citz. exercising a treaty right by living and working in an EU State other than their own. Doesn't apply to you so a formal visa is required....
