Hey all, I was hoping you could help me. Here's my situation:
1. We met in 2008 and got married April 2013. I received my RC in May/2013 valid until June/2018.
2. We are about to start divorce proceedings and I intend to apply for ROR after decree absolute is issued.
3. My husband has always worked and we have his P60 since 2004, plus contract and payslips from current employment.
4. I work full-time.
5. We lived together for 19 months after the wedding.
My question: I only have a few original correspondences in my name covering the whole period we lived together (mainly payslips), as all my bills/statements are online. I've contacted AMEX and they've sent me my statements with old address which is great but HSBC said they can't help with that.
Am I allowed to send bank statements and bills downloaded from the internet?
Is there a minimum of docs to send to prove we lived together?
