I submitted the eea2 residence application last week of March and they sent me back a letter stating I had 3 weeks to complete my biometrics.

They also sent another letter stating they could not give me the certificate to work because I sent in all documentation except my husbands physical passport. I sent a certified copy from my husbands solicitor.

I will not be working so that is not a problem but will they not approve the residence card if I only sent in a certified copy of passport? He travels a lot and needs it so that is why I did not send in and I explained on application for.

Any advise
