hi all,
any help or advise will be highly appreciated

I am eea national, living in UK since 11/2010 and I have my dependent father who joined me here 12/2015 with eea family permit after court appeal, and my daughter(non eea national) 7 years with also family permit ,her family permit expired date 1/2016.

my question: I want to apply for my residence certificate, and residence card for my daughter and my father, so I printed FM form. do I need to put my details as main applicant and also as sponsor as I am confused.

You are main applicant;
there is no sponsor in this case as you (as the EEA national) are the main applicant, (assuming you are exercising treaty rights in UK).

Add your family members on the form too, (in Section 3).
