Form AN, section 1.3

Hi all,

When you fill in form AN, which date do you write in section 1.3 if you are an eea national? I.e. the date on the registration certificate or the date when a pr status has been obtained?

I've written the date of the PR status (it's not on the PR card, have to ask the HO!) as NCS caseworker advised.

If you use NCS, they can get the date you acquired PR and you can write that in there. If you don't know the date you got PR, just leave it blank. The question is aimed towards those with ILR anyway.

I've requested the info from HO and received copies of files about my immigration history, where it says:

Entitlement of PR status: 01/01/2012 - is this same as the actual date of obtaining PR status?
(When applying for a PR card we sumbitted proof of exercising treaty rights from 2006 onwards)
