Tier -2 ICT Long Term cooling period

Hi,
I am under ICT Tier-2 Long term Visa till Nov'2017. Now I have to move back to the same Employer in India.
Is it possible for me to travel back to UK for another assignment from the same employer before Nov'2017 or will the cooling off period applicable in this case ? If cooling off period is applicable, can I travel with ICT short visa? Please advice.

Yes, a 12 month cool-off will be applicable (even if you want to come on ST visa).

Hi

I think you can travel back to the UK with the same employer before your visa expiry if your employer does not intimate HO to cancel your visa. Check with your HR on the same.
