LR ILR approved ,dependents on Tier 1 general

Dear CR001,

Hope you are well.
Based on my situation I believe i can apply for my kids registration ( MN1) soon after they have ILR ( LR) instead of waiting for a year. Both are 16 years and 13 years respectively. I know their mother will have to wait for year before naturalisation which is normal procedure.
Kindly correct me if that is not the case.

After wife gets ILR, she may naturalise immediately, as she is the spouse of a British citizen.
After children get ILR, they may also register immediately.

Subject to the other requirements, etc.
