HSMP refusal due to no verification from COLLEGE

Hello peple..
My query is regarding to a refusal of case due to college. They stated that:
" We are unable to verify the evidence from ABCD College and your application has been refused".

The thing is when i contacted my college they clearly said " We haven't received any type of verification from Home Office". When i contacted Home Office they clearly said write down a reconsideration application and they cant tell me anything......

Any one have an idea what should i do next?..... If i write a re-consideration form.. what should i write in it?

which collage awards Graduate degrees? I thought only universities can award degrees?
also did you submitted your NARIC report? may be your collage and its degree is not in NARIC database.

It is not a refusal, rather its a rejection because you can ask for reconsideration, can't you.

I did Masters from University of Herts in 2006 after which i was enrolled in London College in a Business course which completed in December 2007 (last month). London College is registered in DFES (Home Office Website).
I applied on the basis of my Masters degree from University of Herts, which is a recognised university and on top 28 ranking. NARIC is not required.

Because i informed Home Office that after finnishing my Masters i am doing a course from London College i supplied an enrollment letter from the college regarding to my course.... Home Office didn't verified any thing from college and refused my case stating that your studies from London College is not verfied......

That's a classic case of "rejection due to EXTRA (REDUNDANT) info"

Rehanathar:

When your masters from University of Herts gets you 35 points why did you send the extra info about your business course at London College.

There are so many cases (on this discussion board) where the applications were reject due to some irrelavent extra info/document provided by the applicant.

My piece of advise to you is that in your REVIEW (reconsideration) application please request the caseworker to ignore your London college certificate (as it has nothing to do with your application and points claimed) and take a decision independent of the same.

In case you want to clarify on the verification part, mentioning that London did not get any mail/phone from HO regarding verification will help. In addition to this do not forget to provide them with the contact number/email at the London College (in case they want to still verify).

I am assuming that you are aware of the review process.

Hi,
I submitted the London College letter because i was asked by my lawyer (CanAsia) to provide evidence that what am i doing after getting a degree from University of Herts 2006 to now.
what u suggest? is it work to beg them to consider my case on my previous degree from Herts. I dont need to provide any evidence that what am i doing after that...?...because my lawyer dont know anything he is suggesting me to apply for a re-cosider case and leave everything on luck.

I know that i am bothering you again and again, because no 1 here to help me... I am learning by my mistakes. Hope you dont mind.

Hi Rehan,

I understand your situation and feel bad about it. HSMP is a fairly simple procedure and one wouldn't need a specialized professional assistance to apply for this.

I think you should take the REVIEW application in your hand and request as I have mentioned in the my previous post. I am sure you will get a positive reply from HO. See HO representatives are logical but sometimes get confused due to extraneous info that applicants send.

Hi Rehan

My case is similar with your case but I have applied on Karachi University Pakistan Master Degree which is equal to UK Bachelor degree and shows that I am enrolled in a xxx college in london but I have the resfual letter states that they are unable to verify my documents, they didnt award me any points in any other category.
Can any one tell me what to do in my case.
