i applied via solicitor for EU3 on 21st march 2016. no words at all from INIS. not even any acknowledgement. My solicitor told me it takes around 12 weeks these days to acknowledge the application.
i feel that the process is simple they check our application after few months. they can need more doc they ask for it otherwise just take a decision in favor of application. there is no rocket science in process. all about doc and if they are ok with information provided to them.
i will let you know when i hear something from them
