EC-HELP URGENT Please !!

Hi all :

I have following doubts regarding EC.

1) Regarding proofs for assets, how much important is to show liquid assets than immovable property ?

2)If i get a letter of sponsor amounting to £4402( which is minimum amount required for me and 1 dependent), will that be fine ? Or i have to have some liquid cash in my account ?

3)What is the significance of showing immovable property ?

4) Normally we should avoid any huge inward transactions happening to your salary account before filing for EC.Can anyone share his/her experience over this point.

5)Can i show my mother ( who is housewife), as a sponsor for proof of funds at the time of filing EC?If yes does she need to have a valid passport ? Also can i show the same sponsor letter as a proof for me and my dependent both ?
