Is the website for UK born child birth registration down?

Hi all, I am trying to create an application for UK born child birth registration on this website http://indiancitizenshiponline.nic.in/i ... ublic.aspx but it seems to be not working for me. Is anybody facing the same problem? its really urgent for me to get the birth registration and passport as baby needs to go to India ASAP. Please help!!!

In another thread you say the child was born in India.
(Casa, not CR001)
