Need answers for appendix 2 VAF4A Financial requirement form

Post by men2006 » Mon Jun 06, 2016 10:18 pm

a) 1.19 Have you lived with your sponsor in a relationship akin to marriage or a civil partnership at any time (including since your
wedding or civil partnership ceremony)? Put a cross (x) in the relevant box
If ‘Yes’ please give full details. If ‘No’ please give reasons why you have never lived together

Mine is an arranged marriage and both spent time together for 2 weeks after marriage and I left to UK. Should I say Yes or No to above question? What reasons I can give?

b) 3.3 From the list below, please indicate the main method of meeting the financial requirement.
Income from salaried employment
in the UK >>>Complete Part 3A
Indicate which option you are relying on >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> category A category B ????

I work as a permanent employee for the same employer for last few years. My salary has been revised in jan 2016 so I have to tick 'No' to 3.12 and 'No' to 3.13. Based on these, Should I tick category A or B?

your answers will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

1.19 : Simple o answer No and there is also a question whether marriage was arrange marriage and answer yes

b) 3.3 : To answer this part . You need to decide whether you are in salaried or non salaried employment and want to apply under CAT A or CAT B. If you want to apply under CAT A of salaried then they will take any lowest income that you have earned in the last six month and will multiply it with 12 to count your annual gross salary . For category A of non salaried they will add up last 6 month payslips and will divide it by 6 and multiply with 12 to calculate your gross annual salary

CAT B ask for two things 1) you are in employment and earning at least £18,600 per annum and your employment could be less than 6 months . 2) Your total earning of the last 12 months equal or exceed £18,600. You need to show 12 months payslips/p60 and bank statement if apply under CAT B
