urgent Plz- Voluntary return from UK and Irish Tourist visa

Post by arlenek » Wed Jun 08, 2016 12:11 am

Hi ,

In 2013 , i was caught violating my student visa and I was asked to leave Uk. (I met a man , i wanted to be with him and hence a stupid act on my part of continuing work to stay longer ..I regret it) .I immediately left bought my own ticket .I never made any asylum appeals . Now , I am married (to the same man and settled happily in my own country ) we both have great corporate jobs . I recently have to visit Ireland through work.
I am really scared about how to go about it ( that whole removal process was painful and it still haunts me as my biggest mistake and I am genuinely scared of immigration now). Do i mention my removal? will they give my visa as its a tourist visa through corporate or will everyone at work come to know .
I donot want to use any deception on my form. I just need someone to give me clarity . Please

When was you asked to leave after you got caught?

When did you actually leave the UK?

You should declare it. UK and Ireland share immigration data.
