My wife passed her IELTS exam in NOV 2013 in India. speaking 5.0 listening 4.5 ( on CEFR is that B1 level ? is that higher than A2 )
That cert was accepted to get the spouse entry clearance visa. Now in November 2016 we will need to apply for FLRm.
Home office today told me EXPLICITLY and repeatedly that we shall be able to use that same IELTS certificate for the FLRm in November 2016 even though it will be 3 years old and even if if if that pass mark was lower than A2, becauase it was accepted the first time around and FLRm is still part of the same continuous visa route..
she referred to page 42 note 3 of the FLRm appln to verify that information..
so has anyone else had this same experience ? of using the same IELTS cert which was accepted once that is 3 years old ?
My wife has A1 ESOL exam cert in Jan 2015 but we have been told not to use that because ESOL is no longer accepted by them. has anyone had any English Language probs ? please share your experience.
how to contact IELTS ? Please advise
Thanks
