I have entered wrongly my dependant last name and first name and submitted my application. Is this will impact my dependant visa approval?

Are you saying you have submitted the last name as first name and vice versa. You may correct the online mistake when you submit the paper copy and submit a cover sheet explaining it.

Thanks for reply.Yes, I have entered vice versa.I'm afraid of refusal. Does anybody come across this situation previously?

Just correct it on the printed version of the form being submitted. Mistakes happen, you are not the first and certainly won't be the last.

After withdrawal, can I make new application?

Just write the correct name on the print out. It is not a big issue.
