His asylum was refused as the home office didn't take into account some evidence and believed that he was not in danger in Libya, they also said he doe not have a british child which was true at the time because they sent the refusal on the day I gave birthmember wrote:Why was his asylum refused?

I do not claim any benefits, I am a student and I have been offered a job soon so might start to work in a few weeks.
