Urgent - Final set of questions for Tier 1 Ext

i missed my extension today due to some issues, my visa is due to expire over the weekend, and I hv got just one day and appreciate quick reply for the following questions.

TO MODS, please do not lock this thread, I know I left it last minute, but do not penalize me for that. my life depends on this.

ok, the questions,

1) my personal bank statements which I was hoping to send along with my business bank statements to be "readily identifiable" are missing the latest couple of transactions. But the business statements all fine.
will this be a issue ? or should I get the latests statements get printed and signed by Barclays (main reason for not submitting today)


2) Letter from my accountant says I have 100 shares in the company and I invested 200k via DL.Is this ok ?
can some one invest via share capital and DL and only show evidence for DL ?

3) One of my employee has ILR, should I need his passport along with his BRP which I have

3a) I have created more than 9 JOBS all by settled workers, two of which I am using between three employees. How do I make sure any issue with one of them, I get points for other jobs ? ( I am unable to make up my mind as to which job/ employee combo to chose.

4) signed the following
- form
- two photos
- 2 x 12 = 24 FPS
- 2 x 12 = 24 Payslips
- annual accounts
- management accounts
- CT600(short)
anything else missing ?

5) the acocuntant only signed the section within the annual accounts called "Accountant's report".
is this ok ? not signed at the front ? only one signature per account ?

6) CAR was printed directly from web.do I need to sign it ? I am using two sets just this to claim point 20 and 15 (total 35) respectively. ok ?

6a) the company address when I registered and what it is now is different. should I mention this in a cover letter ?

7) I am sending FPS/RTI and P11, do I need to send P46 filled by employees as well ?

Do I need to send business council tax ?

I am just worried that in he guidnace A25. it says CAR should be obtained for a fee . but I hv a free print out, is this ok ?

also are personal bank statements a MUST for investment transactions ? I hv all the busines statements with my name nd my accounts show the DL as a single sum for that period . is this ok?

go to the nearest post office before 4.30 ideally before 4 and post it and keep the recorded Delivery number for Tracking purposes and also that will be a proof of submission.
