Sponsor licence revoked

Post by namalik » Mon Jun 13, 2016 11:50 am

Dear Members,

One of my friends T2 got curtailed and she wanted to know what's best way forward. she came 2009 on Student Visa(Not Tier 4) and then granted PSW in 2011. Afterwards she was granted Dependent visa and 2015 she managed to get her T2. She email'd few uni's check whether she can get T4 CAS to join ACCA and all of them refused to offer her cas. can some able to help her re this? shes in UK 7.5years now

Presumably she had T2 Dependant visa previously because her partner had/has T2 visa. Either she tries to find another employer who is willing to sponsor or get back on T2 dependant...Can't she get back on T2 dependant ?

Thank you very much for ur reply. She was on T4 Dependent Previously. She tried so hard to find new sponsor but no luck yet. Can she switch to T4, do you know any one who can help her to get admission?

If she is looking to move back to tier 4 it will be extremely difficult.
If she is going to attempt a higher level than her previous degree then she has a better chance BUT - Unis will shy away from anyone with her history as why would she be returning to education after such a long spell? The answer - to extend her leave, thus there is every possibility she won't pass the genuine student interview. Hence it would be a high risk CAS to issue. Just not worth it with the far stricter refusal rules under Tier 4 BCA.

Keep trying but I hold out little hope of a CAS and getting a visa thereafter.

Another tricky point - curtailment date. If it is before course start date then she has zero chance of a CAS
