Nearly 120 days but no update

Post by FaiNai » Fri Jun 10, 2016 5:22 pm

Hi everyone,

My husband biometric was done on the 22nd December 2015. We submitted all required documents and on the 2nd January 2016 Home Office recieved the documents. We recieved an email in March saying the applications is 'not staright foward' and since then I have had a interview on the 30th April. Now, my question is today is the 117th day and if we dont hear anything what should we do?

Please help!
Thankyou.. And if anyone needs my timeline then please let me know so I can tell u all in detail.

What category of visa has your husband applied for and from where?

The current published processing times for settlement visa submitted in Pakistan is 93% within 90 days and 95% within 120 days.

Alhamdulilah today's the 120th day and we haven't heard anything from the HomeOffice in regards to decision!
