Does VFSUk Chennai calls my sponsor?

Hi,
I applied for my Graduation visit visa to Uk this week and i put a company sponsor letter and their bank statements for the proof.
Usually, do they make telephone calls to my sposnsor (the Company CEO) to check/verify the letters?

Yes, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

Yes, many members have reported calls, mostly husband/wife/partners though.

Is there something in particular you are concerned about?

yes. I am sposnosred by my company for all expenses for my gradaution in uk. the letter given by my CEO. but currently he is in overseas, will be return only after a month.
this is why i am worried. if they call, he is not here to answer.
