Refugee to visa status - please help asap!

I'm getting married to my fiancee late September 2016, I'm presently on Tier 1 entrepreneur visa which will expire in April 2017. My fiancee is on 5 years refugee status and she will be due to change her status to indefinite leave to remain in January 2017.

How long does it take to change refugee status to Indefinite leave to remain? Can i apply for a Civil partnership before my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa expires with my partner's refugee status ? Do we need to postpone our wedding until she change her refugee status to indefinite leave to remain? Do we need to wait for her indefinite leave to remain to come through before we apply for a Civil partnership? Thanks people

A Civil Partnership is for same sex couples. Does this apply to you? As foreign nationals, in order to marry in the UK you will have to register with a Home Office designated Registry Office. The Registrar is then legally bound to notify the HO and they can extend the notification period from 29 to 70 days in order to interview you both if they choose to do so before the marriage can take place.
