Naturalization - help

I am new to this site and was referred by someone who uses it frequently and well appreciated.

I am a ILR HOLDER Since 2014 via the PBS route. 5 Years. I am a computer programmer

I am planning to Apply for Naturalization upon consultation with my colleague she was unable to help.

Issue 1

I was employed for a company for 8 Months in 2014 they paid me salary in my bank, i obtained salary slips I applied for ILR and i got it with no problem in 2014 . I was to be earning 27000 pounds based on the PBS and i was earning 36000 with them.but 2 months ago i wrote a email to HMRC to send my 5 year earnings so i can attach to the naturalization document and send it,all looking good except for 2014

I am surprised to see my earnings are only 11000 for 2014 which is for 4 months from a another company i was employed. Which means the company has not paid any tax to HMRC for 8 months in 2014 and the company recently closed beginning of 2016 i am not sure what i should do . i am scared if i apply for Naturalization it will be refused .. because in 2014 i should be earning 27000 but it shows only 11000 .

Issue 2

When i first came here to the UK on a working Holiday visa in 2007 i was awarded 2 year visa i should only work 12 months i think i have worked 13 months . But in 2008 i got my Tier 1 no problem there also.

again i am thinking this might cause my application to be refused.

Citizenship is not a visa. Employment is not a prerequisite and submitting payslips or tax statements from past years is not necessary.

Suggest submit your application.
if you feel some particular event requires some explanation you can add a cogent covering letter (but again this is not mandatory).

ok i completely agree to your point.

In terms of good character will they refuse me stating i obtained ILR when i didn't qualify my salary expectations .

Even though this is not my problem if the company didn't pay the tax or for issue number 2 ?
