British citizen seeking dual nationality

I was born in Britain, my Grandfather came over after the second world war. Due to the recent referendum I was looking to into getting a second passport a Polish one? Is this a possibility?

Was your Grandfather Polish? If so, did he take British citizenship between 1918 and 1951 as this would mean he would have lost his Polish citizenship and you would be unable to claim PC under descent.
