visa period for 30 months

Post by atp102 » Mon Jun 27, 2016 7:27 pm

hi

sorry if this is a repeated question however haven't come accross anything similar from the forum.

im currently under "partner visa", first one and will be expired by 31/7. as i and my partner are now split up, what other tiers or visa that i can apply?

my 10 years mark isnt untill Jan 2019 so basically will need anything that last for 30 months.

my annual income is about 30k however the job doesnt have sponsor license.

if you have any idea or come accross anything similar, please share.

much grateful for for any help.

thanks
anh

Find a T2 sponsor, or try a T4 student visa (need about £15k).

Any kids?

unfortunately no kid.

i read yesterday regarding tier 4 which seem not allow people who are currently under FLR(M) to switch into tier 4.

tier 2 sponsor seem also out of option as need to have saving showing in bank account for at least 3 months.

any other possible route?

thanks

No, there is no other route. Tier 1 Entrepreneur requires substantial investment and documentary evidence for a business. No other visa unless you have UK born Grandparents.
