Varying to ILR Urgent help needed.

Just spoke with UKVI and according to her example 1 is ok so I am good to go for 17-07-16. Please do share your comments.

can't agree more with cr001 , the paragraph you are hoping to write is nothing more than a withdrawal application which is the worst thing you can do ,

I have also heard from a very authentic source that his friend's solicitor wrote an email or a letter,not sure, requesting the passports to be sent directly to the p.e.o on the day of his appointment and it did happen , his passports were already there and he got the approval and passports back on the same day with the ilr card in
a few days following the appointment . I would get a senior member to approve of the matter pertaining to the above however.

I could not find email for them so sending below letter to following address.

I am also thinking maybe this letter will wait in the queue for weeks before action so sending request through below online form can be option as well. They are giving option to get the passport back on another address so perhaps I can choose Sheffield address and explain why I need the passport to be send to Sheffield.

hi bro 17 is sunday . so it has to be 18 then , i booked mine for 19th to be on the safe side , i entered on 15 aug 20006 as well. forme it was either 19th r 18th , i chose 19th as i counted 15the august as day one ,just to be safe...

I have all other documents with me, most of the documents I sent along with previous application was copies and I have all original document to take in person to apply for variation.

Hi Zidane, there is option to get the passport deliver to different address than your home address so you can choose Sheffield address but please do consult with solicitor. I am just taking risk and hope it will go ok.

Yes bro, my dates are just example. I did called UKVI 28days counting back before qualifying period is ok. I think you do not have any issue.

qualifying period 14-08-2016
Earliest you can apply 17-07-2016(counting 28 back from qualifying period)

so you are good to go for 19th.

vinny i did the same as psw2009, with my flr o i have sent just original passport only rest are all copies.

I have all my previous passports and original uk degree and life in the uk with me ready. so what is missing is just the current passport. do you advise that i shall get my passport requested sent to sheffield,

Also once i request passport can they still make a decision on flr o without having my passport . as i will be giving flr biometrics tomorrow and then hoping to hear nothing till i reach 19th

I have not yet send request but will be sending request through online link below. I will be choosing option "send document to different address" when you proceed with filling this form, you will notice this option.....

Also sending letter to Cryodon by post and cc Sheffield as well.

Please do check this with senior members as well.

My appointment is about one week before your appointment so I will keep you update. No worries.
my case is in melting pot at the moment and i will be in good position to advise you about week and half.
