Need Advice on the status

I am new on this forum
I have question and i need Advice please I came uk on student visa in 2012..
Visa expired in 2014...but I have some serious medical issues so wasn't able to extend since then I m overstayer..November 2015 I meet my gf and we decided start our private life....she don't work she have some mental illness she got benefits...And we are expecting baby she is 6 months pregnant...i make a mistake or whatever you says about it a week before I give notice to registery office...dose anyone know what gonna going to happen next or can I apply FLR on the behalf my baby and wife she British... Or what I have do I have no idea please give me Advice if anyone can...I'll be grateful...

Do you realise that the Registrar will notify the Home Office that you intend to marry? The HO will then extend the notification period from 28 to 70 days to give them time to interview you both. You run the risk of either being detained at the interview on on the day of the wedding.
