Please feel free to read my story and let me know when i'm eligible for naturalisation

I'm non eea citizen come to UK on 2004 clandestinely
March 2007 get married to my ex wife (eea citizen)
May 2007 Applied for residence card and receive it on September 2007
Start work on 2008 till today
JULY 2012 Granted permanent residence after (retain right of residence after divorce )
march 2013 Applied for citizen application
may 2013 have domestic violence caution(with ex wife) while my application was on progress
Juin 2013application refused due to police caution and advised to apply on may 2016 (3 years later)

any help would be much appreciated,thank for your time.

from my understanding it should be march 2007 as i start be legal from the day of my wedding according eea regulation or from the day the HO send me my COA with the right to work
what do you reckon?

I entered the UK illegally will this impact my application?

If you entered the UK illegally in the past your application will normally be refused for 10 years from:

1 – The date in which you entered the UK illegally if this is known to the Home Officer or

2 – The date in which you first brought yourself to the attention or came to the attention of the Home Office.

after reading you link i think my 10 years start ticking from the day the home office issued for me certificate of application(COA) and i can apply from april 2017

Says that
your application will be refused 10 years from the date in which you first brought yourself to attention of home office
based on this if I sent my EEA2 application on April 2007 to home office then received my Certificate of Application (CAO) with right to work on may 2007 I should be entitle to apply for citizenship on April 2017 not September 2017

Anyone can help please?

You've been given advice by multiple knowledgeable members. It's your choice if you choose to ignore it, and if you apply in April 2017 and are successful, then congratulations. But it's your money you're gambling.

You will need to wait 10 years since the date you became legal.

the thing is i didn't work the first year after been legal when it come to declare the last 10 years work history requirement i have to declare that year without work

You will need to wait 10 years since the date you became legal.

You became a family member on the date of your marriage.

However, for legal residence, you also have to show that your spouse was a qualified person or had acquired PR, before your divorce.

Therefore,

may be a problem.

Given your illegal entry and lack of supporting documents from your ex spouse, I would err on the side of caution and use their confirmation of your right of residence as the starting point.

I would add that to be consistent, it's safest to say that you were legal at least 5 years prior to PR.

i already demonstrate for the HO that my ex wife exercising her right of residence by working full time(march 2007 to decree absolute dec 2010) when i applied for retain my right of residence after divorce(ROR)
and i shown them her documents again when i applied for
-PR(march 2007 to dec2010 her documents+jan 2011 to march 2012 my documents)
-citizenship (i didn't wait one year after received PR I applied 6 years from the day of marriage march 2007 to march 2013 )

i received my PR on july 2012 but on the sticker is writing june 2012

Probably from June 2017. Any earlier, they may want you to reproduce the documents from your ex wife, that you do not now have.

However, perhaps best apply for SAR first, to see what info they hold on you. It may indicate when they deemed you to be legal or when you actually qualified for PR.

definitely i will apply for SAR to see what record HO hold on me but
do you know how I can request the data same ohara page

When I filled in the SAR form, I ticked the boxes asking for everything.

When I received it there was about 60 pages, and that was one of them.
