Thanks for your advice.
Now Iam trying to apply myself.but in cover letter shall I mention my pr refusal reason?bcz now iam applying for eea2 to tell tham that this was the reason iam applying again for RC.and shall I mention the CSI in cover letter or just write it in supporting documents list?

If you think a letter can help then suggest focus on the positive.

Focus on the qualifying period you have.
And yes, highlight the CSI.

You don't need any fancy layout, just make clear points with simple statements.

I send my application for eea2 .as I mentioned before that my partner is self-employed from 2013 and we got CSI.but my EEA partner doesn't have any business account or register online.but when I applied for eea4 the HO accepted all her self-employed papers what we send to them.and my partner is making over 10000 a year .she did all tax return with proper accountant.

What do u think this prove is enough for RC.her account is up-to-date.tax NI she paid .thanks
