How a British national can apply for Irish nationality?

I have a few questions to ask that how a Naturalised British National can apply for Irish nationality? What is the route and what are the requirements?

Guess it's the same route as every other person
Move to Ireland and work or school before England is out of the EU... Hopefully in transition other things would become clear

Or have patient till England is out and then move to Ireland

I don't think you will be eligible until after 5 years of continuous residence in Eire.
