Hi Folks,
I am planning to apply next week. But I have a question that I would like to ask regarding the Past earnings for the period of cotract.
I am claiming 45 points for past earnings.
Which is divided as
Jan2007-Oct 2007 Salaried employee ; certified salary slips contain all necessary information like Gross pay , Tax withdrawn and Salary paid after Tax
Oct2007- Todate Contractor
I am also using the services of an account management company. So payment advices from employer just reflects full payment paid (no tax withdrawn). The account management company is withdrawing Tax and GST,etc. and then salary is being transferred to my bank account electornically.
So my questions is
As per HSMP guidlines for past earnings ; I need to provide
- Latest Tax return which covers until June2007.
- Bank statement
- Payment advices from employment company
AND in addition
do I need to provide a letter from Account management company with all the Payment details, like GROSS payment , Tax withdrawn, GST withdrawn, management fee and amount transferred to my bank account?
