EEA family permit .advise plz

hi everyone.

i was applied for a family permit as a spouse of a EU national.my wife is a employed full-time.my question is:
it's will be a problem for my procedure because my visitor visa was refused 2 times by the ECO.

please fell free to give any advise .

Well, generally that should not be a problem, because EU law and UK law are quite different. But it also depends on the circumstances (reason for refusal, nationality etc). It is likely that they will check your application more closely.
