lost post nuptial citizenship certificate

I have lost my post nuptial citizenship certificate,it dates back to 1990.i have contacted the Irish Embassy in london where I made the application in 1990 but they keep referring me to INIS.sent numerous emails to INIS but just an automatic confirmation of my emails but no further contact.
Any advices.
