UK Family Permit Dcocuments IRELAND

Hi,

I am aiming to apply for my non-EEA parents UK Family permit on stamp 4 and aiming to add following documents, Gurus/moderators please reply if the list is appropriate? Please reply if any additional document is required or if any document is excessive

1. Original birth certificate
2. Passport copy of Parents
3. Passport copy of EU Citizen
4. Letter from employer detailing terms and conditions of employment.
6. Recent payslips
7. Irish tax credit certificate
8. Letter from landlord properties confirming residence of all household members.
9. Fixed term tenancy agreement in name of EU citizen and family.
10. Private Residential Tenancies Board for all household members.
11. Joint account bank statements of EU Citizen
12. Bank letter detailing account balance and when the account was opened.
13. Credit card Statement for EU citizzen
14. Utility Bills
15. Medical registration for all EEA family members.
16. Personal Public Service Number for all household members.
17. Birth certificate of EEA nationals child born in Ireland
18. School attendance letter for child
19. Medical certificate confirming registration at GP surgery for all household members.
20. associated club letter.
21. Gym membership contract.
22. Library cards
23. Store loyalty cards
24. Receipts to show purchases.
25. European Health Insurance Cards for all family members.
26. Letter from HSE .
27. Letter from social services confirming payment for child benefits for children
28. Employment contract and most recent payslips for EU citizen wife (Wife is also EU citizen)
29. Medical insurance for all household members (non - EEA Parents)
30. Six month bank statements of non-EEA parents showing transfer of funds from EU citizen for day to day expenses.
31. Medical Appointment letters for Parents
32. Letter confirming attendance hospitals for parents
33. Medical prescription for parents
34. Receipts for medical costs for parents
35. Letter confirming attendance religious place for parents
36. Tickets booking for whole family to travel to UK
37. Uk property registry in name of EU citizen
38. Short Term lease for UK property
39. Miscellaneous emails papers showing our efforts to buy property in Ireland
