Can anyone provide further advice or timelines for going for Family life as a partner (10-year route) for settlement in the UK.

My partner is British born and we meet all financial arrangements, the home office currently have my passport and want to know what options there are or success there is for settlement.

we are applying FLR(FP) because applicant dont have any status in uk .
we dont have any children and we are not married
we been living together for 7 months now

Highly unlikely that he will get an FLR(FP) visa based on what you have stated. What 'insurmountable reasons' has he provided that he cannot return to his home country, which is where??

A slim to zero chance of FLR(FP) being granted. You don't qualify as unmarried partners as you haven't been living together in a relationship 'akin to marriage' for at least 2 years. The 2 year period is mandatory in the Immigration Rules. You have no children together, so the FLR(FP) parent route won't be applicable either.
Where is you partner's home country? It appears that he has been here illegally for 12 years, so how has he been supporting himself during this time?

My partners home country is Pakistan, he applied asylum on basis of life being in danger in his home country.

Pakistan is a big place, I doubt any potential assailants have a country-wide network. Could relocate to another part of Pakistan and keep his head down?

i came into uk in 2007 from pakistan on a visit visa then overstyed and applied asylum which was later refused then home office put me on signing every month which i went for few months then did'nt go..

Now my question is what is the best way to apply for visa with partner, my partner is british and we do meet income rule too and we got our own place too and we been living together for 6 months

I have merged your post with the original query from your partner. Suggest read through the advice already given to understand the unlikelihood of success with FLR(FP).

It was not necessary to register a new username, you could have used your partners account to post and just identified yourself as the applicant.
