Hi All,

Please see below time line of my case and could anyone please come back with the best suggestion what to do next or are there any chance of getting positive results:

Time line:

Got rejection on 19.11.2011, on the base of result of English Test TOEIC they said Fake.
Made appeal and got confirmation on 06.11.2011
Have not heard anything about it went to Solicitor and handed over our matter to them and Solicitor confirmed our case with them on 26.03.2012

Thanks for your interest in my case.

Just that now I have lost my social back ground in back my country and I have social life here.
Is there any more supporting point i can file with this.

Thank you,

Hardly a compelling or compassionate reason to use for FLR(O) after only 3 years in the UK at the time of submitting the application.

You could say you can't get Coronation Street back home and therefore it's abuse and stuff and against your human rights and shit.

In all honesty, loss of social life won't cut any slack with the Home Office.

Most new members don't seem to grasp Wanderers dry sense of humour!

And whose use of the board was restricted for a general humorous dry post??

I was referring to Armstrong and Miller's legendary portrayal of Spitfire Pilots in WW2 using Yooman Writes and gutterspeak to help those less able to see what a ridiculous claim for LTR the OP is making.

As John Shuttleworth once sang in his seminal ditty "Smells Like White Spirit", "Nobody rushes to clean out their brushes, when they've been using an oil-based paint".

Only if an application is submitted before the expiry date of previous visa.

Hello All,

Is anyone know if, is there any limitation of processing file? What happened if Home Office couldn't take any decision after near to 5 years?

Or what happened in case Home Office has lost the file?

Thanks,

No your application is an out of time app.
You are not covered by 3c leave therefore no condition of previous leave will continue however case workers have their discretion for overstaying less than 28 days.
Your application can not be refused solely for any period of overstaying of less than 28 days.
