UK Visa Refusal
Short Term Student Visa Child
Application sent from Pakistan
Assalam o Alaikum & Hello Everyone,
I had recently applied for a short term student child visa (6 months) category for a short course consisting of about 14 days in the UK however I have been refused the visa due to the following reason as sated on the letter of refusal:
- You have stated that you are support by your father and you have supplied a NTN Certificate in his name and a bank statement from his company however you have not demonstrated your father's personal finances, While I am aware that your father has access to the account you have demonstrated I am also aware that the funds in this account are for business purposes and given that you have not demonstrated your father's position in the company it is reasonable to suggest that he may not have permission to use these funds for his personal use, I am therefore not able to confirm that you have sufficient funds for your trip and I am not satisfied that you have accurately presented your financial circumstances or how you are supported.
My father is the sole proprietor of the company and does not have any partners, he uses the same account for his personal finances as well as official finances, the account is a current account type.
Please guide me on how to rectify the situation and reapply for the visa with sufficent documents to satisfy the reason stated.
Regards.
