Hi Friends,

Hope all is well,

I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa from UK on December 1st 2015. Till now i have not received any letter.

please let me know if any friends received biometrices,acknowledgement,fee deducted.

Please let me know the step by step procedure . i mean after submitting the application how home office will give visa after submitting the application.

when your application is received by them, they deduct the fees immediately and then send you a confirmation letter in the post. This will be followed by a biometric request letter shortly. It should take around 6-8 weeks in total under normal circumstances. Did they deduct any fees and send you the confirmation letter ?? If not you must make sure your documents are surly delivered to them and check with post. Also give HO a call immediately to confirm.

Initial applications could take much longer than 8 weeks. Tier 1 Entrepreneur route has been flooded with applicants and also abused a lot in the last few years. The HO checks are becoming quite strident and tough. If they say they have not made a decision then you have to be patient and wait.

my solicitor has gave one post slip and told that application was sent.

with tracking number present in post slip . i verified in www.postoffice.co.uk.

in this it saying that post delivered.

please let me know how i have to contact to HO

Im also in the same boat.
I have applied within country for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, which is a switch from Tier 2 general visa.
Application received by UKBA(POST) - 16-12-2015
Payment deducted - 22-12-2015

But so far I haven't got the Biometric letter.

I gave you the number to contact HO above. Also contact post office to ensure the documents were in fact delivered at the correct address.
