MN1 Application

Post by goodmann » Tue Jul 26, 2016 2:51 am

I am about registering my UK-born son using MN1.

Quoting from the MN1 Guide, documents to be sent with MN1 form are:
FOR CHILDREN LIVING IN THE UK
• Child’s full birth certificate AND
• Child’s passport of entry to the United Kingdom, and any subsequent
passports AND
• Parents’ marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate

However in my case I am nursing two worrying factors;
*there is no marriage certificate as I was not married with the mother and
**my son resides with the mother i.e different address

I've been combing the forum but yet to see similar scenario, can anyone help with what to do? Would these factors the application? Thanks all
