1) Routine. And so there's a trail if any other reports/incidents.rpsarangi wrote:Hi
I am really worried so I am asking you all members/moderators /senior members this question;
Few days back neighbor called the police that they are thinking some disturbance in my house. So police came and had a chat with me and wife and basically took mine and my wife details and DOB and address and where we work in their hand held PDA and went away . Did not said anything else as there was nothing happening in my house .
I am really worried as my Naturalisation application is due in next 2 months. My query is :
1. Why they took my details and things even though they didnt charge me with anything?
2. will they update that in the PNC or anywhere else?
3. Will they update the details in the Local police network.?
4. will this go against me during my application?
5. will HO be able to see that police came to me ?
6. should i declare that while applying?
please reply .
thank u in advance.
PNC is UK-wide...rpsarangi wrote:Thank you very much for the reply.
Any insight to my query in 2,3 and 5 the points?
other thing i want to know is :
1. how to know what records they hold against me in National computer police .. as i live in scotland And PNC is for England and welsh..
( Where to make the subject access request)
2. how to know the records they hold in local police file ?
thank you

I believe siavashes meant it is irrelevant to your BC application. In other words, it won't affect it.Casa wrote:This is irrelevant unless you are charged with an offence.
