ILR under domestic violence

Hello everyone ,

I have applied for a ILR after domestic abuse my police report didn't come still as I wrote on my letter I would a send them as soon I will receive .

posted my documents on 8 th of july

done my biometric on 18 th of july

do u know how long I have to wait for a decision ? I had evidence only letter from womens aid where I am staying now . my police report didn't come yet . I need some advise

It's too soon to have any response, so no need to be concerned. The letter from your Women's hostel is valuable evidence for your DV claim.

Were you beaten by your spouse?
how did u proved domestic violence?

To make it quite clear, a victim of domestic violence doesn't necessarily have to be physically 'beaten' by their spouse. Psychological/mental abuse is also considered to be domestic violence and is accepted as such by the HO for DV applications.
The OP has already said that she has submitted a letter from the Women's aid shelter and is awaiting a written report from the police.

Today I have received my documents back and letter says I have been granted for a ILR . Card will be sent in 7 working days . Thank you for your support .

Member in question is busy and has not visited the forum for 5 months so pinging the poor person every minute is unlikely to help.
And they reported arranging everything and sending everything themselves so they sounded quite self-sufficient.
