Hello guys, I got my approval letter today and thought post it here as this forum was very helpful for me as my case was bit complex. My time line follows
Applied June 10
Home Office Received June 13
Bio Letter received and given same day June 21
Approval letter received July 30
Documents submitted
Annual accounts with compilation report
Business Bank Statements
Personal Bank Statements showing transfer of money to business account
Director loan agreement
Accountant letter with her qualifications and contact details
Payslips of employees
P11 - I signed all the pages
FPS - I signed all the pages
Passport copies of all employess
Accountant letter confirming the creation of employment and her contact details, qualification etc
Current appointment report
Maintenance fund - statement printout with bank stamp
Insurance
Domain registration history since 2013
Sample of my designs
Client communications
Copy of few of my designs
Covering letter - note I provided covering letter because I made some errors in the employee payslips and also because I transferred the unsecured director loan in the last 1 year and to point out the investment I done before that is not unsecured
