Do I have to book an appointment to surrender passport at London VFS or Birmingham VFS?

London is nearer to me.

According to this link http://www.cgibirmingham.org/page/display/25 VFS has shifted to Birmingham so I am not clear? Please could you help.

Yes you need to book online appointment for all VFS stuff on VFS website NOT on the HCI site.
