Biometric letter not received

Got my biometric letter dated 25 June 2016 after applying for ILR on the 14th May 2016

Hello Hupenyumutoro When did you get your biometric letter (Date I mean)
I have applied since the 19th May. Nothing yet. No biometric No acknowledgement letter.

Hello Everyone,

I received my Biometric Letter today from my solicitor alongwith acknowledgement email from Home Office. Home office acknowledgement was sent from home office on 15 July 2016. Biometric letter has no date on it. While my solicitor letter mentioned that i have 15 days to enrol my biometric. My solicitor letter is dated 18 July 2016.

Mate, if they have taken your money then your application should be considered as being processed. I guess different employers take a different stance on this as the rules are not well known or communicated. On the Home Office site, there is no mention of needing to show your employer that your application is being processed, it just states that you are entitled to continue living and working under the same conditions while your application is processed. It is almost deliberately vague.

When I told my manager that my visa was expiring, it was the first time it had even come to their attention. Since then, they have not followed up with me once about my application or status... As far as they know, I could be an illegal worker.

I just wondered if you have received your acknowledgement letter. My timeline is sort of similar to you.
However my application is ILR(10 years).
I have received the acknowledgement by email last week through my visa agency and now waiting for the BPR letter.
Please update your timeline if it's been changed.

I also received my letter dated 27th July. For some reason they also included 'RED.0003 s120 Response' form but no detail at all about why that was included. They have not rejected my application or at least they haven't said that they have so I have no idea why this form has come. I completed my biometrics today at Kensington Post Shop.

I also have done BRP register, 2nd August.
I don't know if there was additional form with the letter as my representative is dealing my case.
Have you overstayed in the UK or your visa has been expired during your application process?

My visa expired on 1st July. My application for ILR was made 12 days before that. The form I've been sent is just a response letter but I've not been issued anything to respond to. From what I've seen, normally a 'RED.0003 s120 response' form is sent along with other documents or letters but I've had none of that. As I have nothing to respond to, I won't be responding.

It the 6year route, 3years each
I think the HO are not been quick on sending bio letter out.
I don't think you have to worry about it, mine take the same.

Hello I also received a RED.003 with my biometric enrolment letter does anyone have any explanation or experience with this? What was required and what was the outcome ? Please advise

home office don't send acknowledgement letters any more (as per the customer service), biometrics letter can take up to 12 weeks from the date of application. As long as the payment is deducted i guess its the waiting game, shocking service but nothing else we can do.

Together with the Biometric letter, I got RED.0003 letter for additional grounds. Do I need to sign and send it?

It says
"You or your representative should complete this form in English and return it as instructed when you were required to complete it."

But there is no address mentioned to send the document.
