My work experience is 4 yrs 9 months. can I apply now or I have to wait for another 3 months?

Also will my job be considered as graduate level if the minimum education level required by the company for the job is like as follows
' graduate or diploma in banking or 10+2( 50%)'

as per HSMP guidelines.........
1. If u have graduate level work ex then min 4yr is req.
2. if u want to claim points for 5yrs then at least 1 yr should be at senior level.
3. If ur company can give u in writting that job requires graduate level and u r gradaute. Also, u should have NARIC acceridation that ur qualification is graduate eq.

Since i already have 4 years 9 months can i apply now coz it will be above the 5 yrs required level by the time they start processing the application.
My employer can only give me the minimum education level required in the format below
' graduate or diploma in banking or 10+2( 50%)'

will that suffice ?

No, ur time will count when ur appl is recieved by HO, so if u send ur appl.. it will be 4yr 9/10 months.

Also, does ur 5 yrs comprise of min 1yr at senior level and ur qualification is graduate?

Yes Gunjan ,I have min 2 yrs senior position and I am post graduate.
Are the postgraduate degree from a UGC recognised univeristy in India equivalent to the UK postgraduates? Can I get the postgraduate points if i apply?
