Voluntary return, please advice a little help

Hi everyone
My visa was refused 6 months before and i used my right of appeal as appeal is on the way but i want to withdra as i have now changed my mind to return home, i have contacted home office for my passport return but they said i have to come for some interview and get some documents to show at airport to get my passport. Please advice is there any chance of being detained when i go for interview? Would really appreciate your reply.

hi hanees, you don't need to worry about detention, they will give you, your tkt and some document which you need to show one home office officer at airport than they gives you your passport. That's all discussion they need to discuss with you in your appointment. Because 3 years ago I have had face same situation.but end time my flight was cancelled. good luck for your future
