Regards

You: August 2016 - if you have been residing in UK for 5 years and can prove physical presence 5 years to day (of application).
Section 6(1) of BNA.
Assuming you have met or can meet all other requirements.
Wife: April 2017 - if residing in UK for 5 years and can prove physical presence 5 years to day (of application).
Section 6(1) of BNA.
Assuming wife will have met all other requirements
Of if your BC is granted before April, wife can apply immediately (at that time) under s.6(2) of BNA.
(And only 3 years residence then required instead of 5 years in UK).
Minors do not naturalise; they are registered.
Daughter: assuming under age 18 and born abroad. Assuming lived in UK at least 2 years if an older teenager.
Apply to register (not naturalise) with or after at least one parent's naturalisation.
Form MN1.
